Shipping Policy
Packaging & Shipping Standards
At Fine Finish Supply, we take great care to ensure that all products leave our facility in excellent condition. All paint products that ship in cans are packaged in custom-made, double-wall cardboard boxes designed to fit our products securely. Each can is sealed with a locking ring or clip and wrapped in a self-contained bubble wrap or plastic-style bag to prevent leakage and protect the delivery site.

 

Fine Finish Supply is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping or for any damages to the delivery site. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11 AM (local time) generally ship the same day.

 

However, certain factors may cause a 1-3 day processing delay, including:
- Items on backorder
- Custom-mixed products (tinted paints, specialty coatings, etc.)

 

Shipping Costs & Expedited Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Customer location
- Package weight
- Order total

 

Customers who select expedited shipping must call our facility to ensure our team is aware of the priority order.

 

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times, even for expedited shipments, as we rely on third-party carriers for delivery.

 

Potential Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain issues
We appreciate your patience and understanding during any unforeseen delays.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

All Sales Are Final

 

All sales are final. However, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from Fine Finish Supply management.


For approved returns, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- A 20% restocking fee unless otherwise authorized by management
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Tinted paints and stains (custom-mixed orders)
- Used or partially consumed items

 

If you need to modify an order, you must contact us before the order has been processed for shipment. Once a package is shipped, no modifications can be made.

 

Damaged Materials & Filing a Claim

 

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for leaking products.

 

Dented cans are NOT considered damaged. A claim can only be filed if there is a loss of product due to leakage.


This is the only way we can seek reimbursement from the shipping carrier.

 

How to File a Claim for Damaged Materials:
1. Take high-quality pictures of the damaged order, ensuring that leakage is clearly visible.
2. Include photos of the packaging (both inside and outside) to show how the product arrived.
3. Email the images and order details to (xxxxxxx) within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Fine Finish Supply will assess the damage and determine if the order meets the criteria for a replacement.
5. If approved, we will begin the replacement process.
